Today’s guest is one of the co-founders of a local Calgary company that I’m sure almost all of you are aware of, and have likely tasted (maybe even have in your fridge right now).

Today’s guest is Conrad Ferrel, of True Buch Kombucha.  Conrad & his wife Louisa started up True Buch in 2014 and have been on a steady climb ever since.  One of their recent honours was making the list of top 50 Top New Growth Companies, along with being named finalists in 3 different categories in the Calgary Chamber Small Business Calgary Awards (ATB Small business of the year, social entrepreneurship Award and KPMGs People’s choice award).

Conrad and his wife come both with a background in accounting & business, and since being avid home brewers, they decided to turn their attention to doing it full time & to share their creation with the masses! And we are very thankful for it.

True Buch not only makes small batch kombucha but does it in a very low environmental impact way & focuses on supporting local businesses as well.
