I know you've heard me say this 1,000,000 times, but it's one of my favorites. If it's not broke, break it, because anybody that accepts that it's not broken means that they're not willing to look ahead of what the next step is. And that's where I come in and say, OK, this looks good, but it's a foundation. So we start with the basics. Go after the culture, you know, again, a culture that loves what they do. You know, again, like, I've got some of the best managers, recruiters, director's in the industry and they don't only just think, they believe that it's possible.
