Episode 103 - some thoughts on NFAS proposals prior to AGM

As the title says in this episode I offer some thoughts on the proposals that have been published in the November / December copy of the NFAS magazine prior to being discussed at the upcoming AGM.
There are quite a few proposals this year, with modification to shooting classes, proposals on use of binoculars and even suggested new rounds.
I encourage all nfas members to read them.
