In this episode of IN THE MIND OF we speak with Dr. Armia Z. Abdo President and CEO of MetaDoc, an online platform that provides innovative digital solutions for muscle and joint pain which affects 1/3 of all the people in the world.
Dr. Abdo is a southern California native and received his doctorate in physical therapy from Azusa Pacific University and his BS in Kinesiology from Cal State Fullerton. Earlier in his professional career he found a passion for working with spinal disorders. This led him to receive multiple post graduate certifications to advance his understanding to better serve his patients. His training allowed him to become a clinic owner, and mentor eventually establishing spinal manipulation courses as part of a residency program at Coury and Buehler physical therapy in California. Over the years he has developed his spinal manipulation course to include all the current evidence and most effective techniques.
Dr. Abdo who is also one of Professional Seminars instructors, has a very intuitive and innovative approach to treating patients in a wholistic manner. His passion for helping his patients get back to the activities they love is very evident in his work.
