Cliven Bundy who refused to be released from jail until he was truly a free man had his prayers answered yesterday, January 8, 2018 when Nevada District Judge Gloria Navarro dismissed the case in which he was the lead plaintiff. 

After Judge Gloria M. Navarro dismissed Cliven, Ryan, Ammon Bundy and Ryan Payne, 3rd Group comprised of Melvin Bundy, Dave Bundy, Joe O'Shaughnessy & Jason Woods was set for trial for Monday February 26, 2018.
