A general reevaluation of work, combined with low interest rates, more ready cash, and cheaper commercial real estate have all combined to create a burst of entrepreneurship. But all this empowerment comes with a new slate of responsibilities and concerns, as a business owner has to also be part bookkeeper, accountant and lawyer. We'll discuss the foundational issues you need to consider before you actually get to the fun part of making money and being your own boss.
