The most important “R” in schools: Relationships with Dr. Adam Drummond

From Dr. Drummond:  With everything educators must consider in 21st century teaching from technology to social emotional learning and everything in between, it can seem like an impossible task. Let’s discuss specific steps and strategies to build relationships with each student under the care of teachers and leaders. More effective feedback, finding and exploring students' interest and building small, but meaningful relationship moves within their practices whether that's in a classroom or through a device, participants will learn and take away practices they can put in place the next school day to build a foundation of trust that leads to greater achievement.
