Lynne has a real passion for women’s health and supporting those facing fertility challenges.
In this gentle and practical conversation, we talk through the foundations, how nutrition can support egg and sperm health, the small things that are often missed, and how stress, restriction, or supplement overload can quietly get in the way.
Lynne also shares why gut and vaginal health are more important than many of us realise, and how simple tests from your GP can offer real insight, often before diving into anything more complex.
