This month I got to chat with Dr. Susan Komives, who is one of the most prominent scholars in the topics of leadership and college students there is. Dr. Komives and I spent a good long time talking about her story, so this will be the first part of our conversation, and next month will be the second part. This episode covers the story of Dr. Komives from birth through transitioning from administrative roles to a faculty position. Next month we will cover the rest.
