Description

A leader is someone with a passion and purpose on inspiring other people to be the next leaders. A dean of a university has the same goal in mind. To inspire students and be the best in their field in the future. Being a dean is not a walk in the park. It takes time and effort to run a huge educational institution. In this podcast, we interviewed Dra. Odette Maglinao, the dean of the University of Santo Tomas (UST) Faculty of Medicine and Surgery and the first female neurosurgeon in the country. UST prides itself as the oldest medical school and university in the Philippines. It was founded in 1611, even older than Harvard University.
