Description

Transferring to another company means risking your security and comfort level in your current company. Doesn’t mean you are successful in company A, you’ll be successful in company B.

Good employees are usually the ones companies have a hard time letting go even during the pandemic. If you are that person, then you have a very very strong leverage. A leverage is something you bring with you during negotiations.  So when a company is trying to convince you to transfer, use that leverage to your advantage.
