“Disability does not mean less ability” says Justin Jesudas is our guest today on the 30 Minute Hustle podcast.
In 2009, he met with an accident that paralyzed his from neck down, but his story in one of inspiration. He was one of the youngest top management professionals focusing on Research and Analytics in the various corporate organizations such as UDS, Cognizant and RRD. In the recent past he left the comforts of the corporate world to join to focus on Social Innovation at the IIT Madras R2D2 Lab. In addition he is also the CEO of the Spinal Foundation in the disability space.
Post-accident he become one of India’s top Para Athletes. Justin is also a certified SCUBA diver, beach surfer and a father of a beautiful pair of twins and lives a colourful life, advocating for inclusion and workplace equity
