In this Episode I offer the reflection which was accompanying me for the past week: how to be kind to yourself.
Being kind to ourselves is not an easy task. Sometimes we need a new start, new beginning in overcoming our shortcomings and weaknesses. For many, Sacrament of Reconciliation becomes very helpful. Others stop and reflect as things are occurring. We are able to be kind to ourselves and one another because Jesus “loved us first”.
