I say all the time that my favorite thing to do in my weekly tasks is writing my email newsletter. There’s just something special about connecting directly with the Do ANew Thing Community. My friend Ruthie Gray agrees with me. She and I sat down recently and talked about ways you can nurture your audience through your email newsletter. Listen in to this fun conversation.

A Word about Unsubscribes

• Don’t take it personally ... if they unsubscribe, they aren’t your people
• Natural pruning of your list
• Bless and release!
