When working out how a business operates you need to know how to annalyse what goes on in the background.
In this episode I talk about how I work out the different parts of a business and calculate how that business works.
Doing tghis sees me understand where there is opportunity and roon to grow. I can also help people grow their companies or work out if I company I want to buy is performing well or not.
