Episode 14: Death at the DOC
Update: 2017-01-20
Description

After her daughter Jacqueline died in the custody of the Department of Corrections, at MCI-Framingham, Lois Olivo knew right away it wasn't from an overdose - it was because her daughter was denied the drugs she needed for treatment of mental and physical issues. She's filed suit against the DOC for gross negligence in Jacqueline's treatment. Bill talks to Daily News reporter Jeff Malachowski, who covered this story in a recent Sunday edition.
