Dino- Homemade by Ani - 15 rows in - still need to decide on a spike and tail color. Had to take a short break bc I forgot I needed to do the face soon and had no embroidery thread handy.

Libby: Finished my last pumpkin - posted photos of them all on instagram last week.


From Fluff to Stuff -I plied my purple people eater dye experiments. I started spinning some Polypay/rambouillet blend that I got at the last WAFA sale from Leaf Livestock. It spins up quite lovely.


What is Polypay? A medium sized sheep breed that was developed in the 1960s at the US Sheep Experimentation Station in Idaho. They are noted for being good meat and wool sheep. They are a cross of 4 sheep breeds: Rambouillet, Targhee, Dorset, and Finnsheep.


I am enjoying it a lot. I’m spinning it the thinnest I’ve spun yet. It’s so easy to spin. It’s roving instead of top so it’s not as smooth but it’s very soft.

Finished Season 2 of Good Omens. ADORED it. 


I watched most of the first season of Vampire Diaries, alternated with a bit of Poirot. Talk about opposite ends of the spectrum.

Libby: Worried Penny may have a UTI or she’s just stressed again. She peed our bed while asleep the other day. Other than that, she’s been getting a lot of attention from my friends. My friend Tori sewed her a little toy and she LOVES it
