This week, Alice Piper and Dan Wynne welcome head of football development at the Norwich City academy Steve Weaver to the show.
Weaver joined the club in 2017 and has overseen wholesale changes at the academy to great effect, with the operation producing a number of players for Daniel Farke's first-team.
