In this episode, I shared how to challenge and reframe negative self-talk to a positive one. 

Having unhelpful thoughts is something we all experience from time to time,  our self-talk can either support or hinder us.

Negative self-talk is any inner dialogue we have with ourselves that may be limiting us from believing in ourselves, in our future, and in our potential.  Unhelpful thoughts can affect our emotions, health, and relationships. Because we believe something to be true, does not necessarily mean it is. 
  
 I help and empower women to regain their confidence and self-esteem, heal from trauma, abuse, and rediscover themselves so they can fulfill their purpose and maximize their full potential.
