Episode 16 - The village was ready for so much football that we needed to sit down again with lawyer for the NFL Players Association, Joe Briggs. This time we discussed brand new legislation regarding name, image, and likeness and how this may impact college and even high school athletes, their athletic programs, and the athletes' families.
Joe also talks about the fact that scholarships for the student-athlete may not be all that they appear to be at first glance, and about the importance of athletes not allowing themselves to be wrapped in "an athletic bubble" when they step foot onto a college or university's campus.
Episode 16 is the kick after the touchdown and it is good!
