FAR to many of us are literally out of balance!
We experience hormonal upset, anxiety, adrenal issues on the regular, in fact so much so that it has become “common”. Stress is one of the major underlying culprit for these experiences.
WHAT ABOUT SIMPLY CONSCIOUSLY BREATHING?
We need a re set to our internal systems. Breathing is FREE, breathing is a necessary part of our lives, breathing is vitality. Although I doubt many of us are breathing with much vitality. We stress, we constrict, our hormones flood us and we breath shallowly, our blood ph levels become acidic. Now imagine bringing in some conscious breathing, a pathway to the parasympathetic system. We relax, we are filled with oxygen, our very blood becomes alkaline. Conscious breathing is a way to create harmony between the parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous system. Is it is a way out of stress.
