Chris Milnes discusses how he got into aviation and how he has used his enthusiasm to help inspire young people through the  RAF Cadets (RAFAC) and  The Spirit of Goole  build a plane community youth project.  His story is a classic case of Paying it forward, mentoring young people and introducing them to the world of flight.
