I don’t know about y’all but it has really hit me hard these past couple of weeks. This whole no races all summer long thing..well it has finally all sank in and left me feeling a little let down if I'm being honest. Virtual races are not nearly as fun to me as the in person but I do them anyway! Something about paying for a race that keeps a person motivated. Sign up for one if you have too! I encourage you to do a virtual race if you need a little extra push to keep going

Don't let the unknowns and things out of your control let you be hard on yourself. Embrace the suck and rise above it friends!
