In this episode, I will describe a personal experience of me resisting feeling the emotion of anxiety.  


We’re not taught to feel our emotions. Feeling is an ability that most of us need to  learn because we’re taught by the media and social conditioning to escape emotions.


Learn in detail the steps on how to go from resisting to allowing the feeling of anxiety by processing it.


Allowing is a skill you have to learn and practice. It’s not the same as reacting to an emotion. It’s not the same as resisting. It’s not the same as pretending it’s not there.
