This week I'm joined by Mariclaire, lead singer of one of my favorite local bands, Shy Beast. In the show we talk about the story behind their brand new single "My Stride" and learn just how reflective it is of MC's personal life as well as the band's current point in time. We also learn that MC has had a long road to feeling comfortable on stage and she takes us behind the scenes of what mental preparation goes into each performance.
