Eve Rodsky is joining me today! She is the author of Fair Play and Find Your Unicorn Space. Eve is working to change society one partnership at a time by coming up with a new 21st century solution to an age old problem: women shouldering two-thirds or more of the unpaid domestic work and childcare for their homes and families. Have you ever felt this frustration? That you’re taking a lot of that labor?! That’s because a lot of women do!!
We talk about ways to communicate and how to have a fair play system in your partnership. These things don’t just fall into place. As I listened to Eve’s book, Fair Play, on audible, I was thinking that we really need to have these conversations before we have kids and even before we get married!
Eve’s great message is that we should treat our homes and relationships like organizations. She came up with a game that helps you with life management systems so that you can re-balance the domestic load with your partner and strengthen your relationship!
