The highly confrontational message at severin policies.com, is a travesty. You spend a lot of time complaining about your customers. You know, the ones who make your business possible. If you can't provide proper customer support during your sale, stop selling direct and do it through third parties that can properly respond to emails give good customer service. Stating your failures upfront to the public, because you can't get the job done is pathetic. Also, Jason in your shipping department is a fucking asshole of epic proportions and should be fired for how rude he is to customers. Literally, every other boutique label provides better customer support than Severin.
