This week, Chris shares a leadership mantra shared with him and a recent experiences that reinforced this approach. Leadership student Tim Mattila shared, "Lead the way without getting in the way." About a week after hearing this, Chris and Jaimie went on a date to Bruchi's Cheesesteak Restaurant in Kennewick. They saw owner, Michael Scott working the grill during the lunch rush. The Bruchi's team appeared to be unison with their boss in the mix. He was leading the way without interfering with his team doing their job.
