We resume the tale after a successful run of shows in California, as the tour rolls onward through Sparks, Nevada; Ashland, Oregon; Portland, Oregon; Vancouver, British Columbia; and Seattle, Washington. Highlights include the infamous "Fight Demon" show in Vancouver, the rejection of crew member Andrew Bansal at the Canadian border; and first-time airings of songs like "Screams in the Night" and "The Howling Man."
