About books with soul displacemet, or soul swapping (i mean, besides the obvious Freaky Friday movies) there's a great book by Charles DeLint called Trader. All his books are awesome, but that one is specifically about that whole concept of body swapping. It's a fascinating and thought provoking read, you should give it a try!
