On this week’s episode, Jen and Kate chat with Director, Roman White, who truly has a refrigerator full of awards. Roman takes us through his journey from childhood to becoming a 3-time Emmy winner, directing almost 500 music videos, and having one of his videos named video of the decade. And then at the height of his music video trajectory deciding to start all over to pursue his dream of writing and directing movies in Hollywood. 

Roman’s life and career has been filled with crazy highs and frustrating lows, but his infectious positivity and lovable personality are a testament that things will are always better when you have good people around you.
