This week we caught up with Dr. Kaylan Elock from West Springs Vet Clinic and discussed the benefits of feeding fresh food to our dogs, food therapy and using food as medicine to treat common issues we see in our dogs today.

Dr. Elock obtained her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the Western College ofVeterinary Medicine in Saskatoon (University of Saskatchewan) in 2007. Dr. Elock is certified in Western Herbal Medicine and is currently working on a post graduate diploma in Western Herbal Medicine and as well, a certification in Natural Food Therapy.
