Description
In this episode, Brittany interviews thru-hiker Trey Cate, or as some know him, Lost. Trey was part of the US invasion of Iraq at the age of 18. After being shot, set on fire, and learning to walk again, he took on the task of hiking the Appalachian Trail and the Pacific Crest Trail. Next, he plans to hike the Continental Divide Trail. Brittany talks to Trey about his journey, what kept him going, and his advice for when life gets tough.
