At the request of his City Manager, Scott Vargo, Chief Harvey implemented a 4/32 work schedule. Officers' scheduled work week reduced from 40 hours to 32 hours without a reduction in pay. The idea of the condensed work week is to encourage employees to invest in themselves and their families.
