Illegal dumping, also known as fly tipping, is when someone leaves unwanted items in a site that is not intended for waste. Today's case begins in 1957, at one of these well known dump sites in Philadelphia. Somebody dumped a box, and inside, a small boy. This began a race to discover his identity, what happened to him, and to find his murderer. This is the case of ‘America’s Unknown Child’, the boy in the box.
