We’ve got some things to clarify as it relates to the new regarding the proposed NAR settlement and the true value REALTORS bring to the public.

CLARIFICATION: All real estate agents and brokers are not part of the National Association of REALTORS. Notice how I type REALTOR in all caps in my posts. That's because we pay dues and our membership allows us to identify as such. The general public knows all agents and brokers as realtors in the real estate industry. Any agent or broker who calls themselves a REALTOR is part of NAR. I use the term "realtor" in the episode to prevent any further confusion.
