Greg English with Dr. Brad Hoffamnn and Bryan Dupuis.  This week we have a conversation with, Brian Hyde, on mental toughness. Brian is an Olympian who ran in the 1500 meters during the 1996 Olympic games in Atlanta and continues to share his passion for track as a trainer and coach. He and his wife, Jen, have two children and own and operate a performance and physical therapy business.
