More gold in part 2. fantastic conversations and topics, that we need more of!!
This podcast really hit home for me. As a 21yr fitness professional, I have been struggling with weight gain, stress, body image and imposter syndrome for the past 5-6 yrs. I was an overweight kid in public school despite playing sports, but now being seen as "the fitness professional" it's made my own struggles that much tougher due to the stigma of what we do. These conversations are needed more and more! Looking forward to part 2. Cheers!
