Well, we got hit hard by Hurricane Helene! This resulted in a few weeks off from the podcast. So, this week, we are talking about this experience and what it means for coaches, athletes and parents who want to continue to train, but are up against a natural disaster or other major, community obstacles. Do we go to another location? What is half your team is affected and the other half is not? How do you negotiate when and what is appropriate after major changes that were outside your control.
