Settlements are very common in Germany and often the judge actively suggest the parties to settle the dispute. In other countries, however, something like that is unbelievable. The different experiences and views meet in arbitration proceedings. With their guests Gretta Walters and Dr. Maximilian Reichert, Dr. Lisa Reiser and Dr. Markus Altenkirch discuss the thesis that in the #future Arbitral tribunals should help facilitate settlements.
