The hospital scene was... odd. Cordelia is the only one who noticed the thing. Was it a dream?! Xander and Cordelia just commit a small felony, no big deal. Jess likes her monsters to look like David Boreanaz. Let's just leave the invisible corpse in the basement, it's fine. Jess and Willow both don't know how to play doctor. This was a good Xandelia episode. Everyone loves Cordelia. Oz should have been in the episode. Xander needs a life. Mental health is important. There was German talk, there was some cool podcast recommendations, and there's a reason Gym Was Cancelled.
