Alicia is the Vice President of Operations at Preferred Dermatology Partners in McKinney, Texas, where she assists in the growth and ongoing operational success of the company’s business initiatives by leading collaborative efforts with healthcare partners on strategic and operational issues, providing oversight and guidance to departmental operations such as human resources, credentialing and compliance. Alicia serves on the ADAM Benchmarking Committee.
