The Lands That Make Us is a DND 5e Sandbox campaign set in countries designed by the players. 

From the sand dunes and scattered oases of Luxoria,

to the tropical fey jungles and scenic coastlines of Hỗn hợp. 

The rolling green hills and towering cliffside peninsula of Mid'eia, 

to the stormy mountains and etheric wasteland of Perian - 

an Alchemist, an Acolyte, a Knight, and an Abolitionist must work together to preserve the world as they know it.
