In this episode Alice goes to dinner with her editor Tom (guest star Donald Faison) & admits she's not as cool with Nat exploring her poly side. Finley & Sophie take a small step towards one another, Micah & Maribel get closer. Meanwhile, Shane & Tess hold a private poker game & start down a dangerous path, and Bette & Gigi continue to see each other, getting in their first argument. Gigi leaves Bette's house after the argument & decides to take Dani out to explore her new neighbour. Gigi & Dani bond over a great evening, but that is quickly forgotten when Dani returns to her father's house which is surrounded by police.
