In this episode Melbourne Therapist Georgina Mitchell discusses good nutrition and the relationship between Stress, Depression and Weight Gain.

At the 10 minute mark I will begin a Progressive Muscle Relaxation exercise which is designed to help relax the body and lower stress levels. This exercise is approximately 12 minutes long, do not listen to this part of the recording if you are driving or doing anything which requires your attention for safety. It is best listened to when you have a quiet space to either sit or lie down and enjoy the relaxation process.
