Today we shall speak on the different filters that exist in a conversation. What are these filters that I am trying to speak of, let me give you a little background on why I chose this topic of filters, so it was not so long ago I was listening to this video of Julian Treasure on 5 ways to listen better, he spoke on the filters that exits in the conversation and he projected a list of filters on the screen. We will not speak about all of them  a few to bring to your attention such as  Culture , language, values, attitude, expectations, intentions, Beliefs. We shall talk about how these filters affect the conversations and have the power to direct the conversation in a particular way
