Through sharing her personal story of healing from multiple physical and emotional traumas, Katie beautifully illustrates how so much of our healing journey is about learning to reach for a better feeling thought; to consciously choose a different lens through which to view our experience.

She uses her gift to show us how she renegotiated her relationship with fear,
and ultimately chose love over fear, by using ‘anchor thoughts’ to stabilize herself when conditions in her life were rough.

Katie Baird is a copywriter who runs her own agency, Katie Baird Agency, and is authoring her first book, a memoir of her experience healing from her first marriage.
