COL Clint Cobb
A former 91B Combat Medic who commissioned through the Green-to-Gold program, COL Cobb has over 28 years of service and has held key roles across both operational and fixed facility environments. He’s commanded at the company and battalion levels, served as a Deputy Commander for Administration, and held multiple executive-level roles. As the 70B Consultant to The Surgeon General, COL Cobb is shaping the future of healthcare administration in the Army.
LTC Dan Winnie
Currently the Commander of the Medical Readiness Battalion at Fort Bliss, LTC Winnie brings extensive experience from both deployment and institutional assignments. His career spans from company command in Alaska to Project Warrior at the National Training Center, to instructor and BOLC Chief at the Medical Center of Excellence. As Deputy Consultant for the 70B AOC, LTC Winnie is laser-focused on mentoring and empowering the next generation of Army medical leaders.
