Connecting Dreams Foundation works to create change-makers through a learning model carefully curated for the youth with innate capabilities, through different training programs for different ages like the Global Changemakers Fellowship, the Bootcamps, and college labs. The whole learning is based upon a 3C model which is Collect-Create-Change.  The whole model is not idea-centric; but community-centric. It helps the changemaker in identifying the people's problems and then create sustainable solutions for the same.
