Description

Lola is a media and communications officer for Indigenous rights organisation Survival International.
We talk about the importance of decolonising wildlife conservation, how Indigenous people suffer in the name of conservation, why international NGOs such as WWF have a lot to answer for, and much more.
This is a subject I’ve been wanting to get onto the podcast for a long time. I do hope you can all listen and learn from this episode, however, I do have to place a content warning on this episode for mentions of some upsetting topics.

You can find out more about Survival International's work here: https://www.survivalinternational.org/
